Unit History

The 369th Medical Regiment was constituted in the Organized Reserves on 1 October 1921 as the 369th Medical Regiment and assigned to the 92nd Division. The unit was organized in November 1921 at New York, New York. During World War II, the regiment was ordered into active military service on 15 October 1942 and reorganized at Camp Pickett, Virginia. The regiment provided medical support and services, including evacuation and treatment of casualties, for the division to which it was assigned. After the war, the 369th Medical Regiment was inactivated on 3 November 1945 at Camp Kilmer, New Jersey.
