369th Medical Regiment 1940–1947 (World War II) The 369th Medical Regiment was constituted on 1 June 1942 in the Army of the United States and activated on 15 August 1942 at Camp Livingston, Louisiana. The regiment provided medical support and services during World War II, primarily functioning as a medical unit responsible for the treatment and evacuation of casualties. The 369th Medical Regiment participated in campaigns in the European Theater, including Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes-Alsace, and Central Europe. Following the end of hostilities, the regiment was inactivated on 25 January 1946 in Germany.
